That is what he is supposed to do at the Trust. But he is the recipient not the sender. The route to the Trust interested me more than the fact that the Trust got it. A document like that has to be grabbed no matter how it arrived. So there is no criticism of the Trust here for procuring it or publishing it. I imagine it is a recently acquired document otherwise it would have appeared before on the Trust's website. And I wonder why, despite the fact that it is 23 years old, it has just appeared. I hope more documents from the time appear.
