Thank you Anthony for all your support in printing all of the updates on Gerry’s trial. It is very important for people to understand that although the physical war is over in the north of Ireland, the vindictive pursuit of Irish republicans (“outside the Sinn Fein camp”) continues. Gerry McGeough is a prime example of that. Although trying to work through peaceful means, when Gerry ran on an Independent ticket in South Tyrone in the 2007 elections, one of his platforms was an anti-PSNI one. That is what got him arrested. In over 29 years the Crown and its servants were not able to prove any case against Gerry including the last three years after his arrest. His trial is a sham and the Diplock court system continues to be a farce as well its servants - the RUC/PSNI. The physical war in the north may be over, but the harassment and continued persecution of Irish republicans who don’t support Sinn Fein and the partition of Ireland continues. The fact that Sinn Fein continues to be silent on the case/trial of Gerry McGeough only encourages the RUC/PSNI and the Crown to continue that persecution of Irish republicans outside the protection of Sinn Fein. It’s a disgrace. I will continue to update you and your readers on Gerry’s trial.

i remember a case where altho a suspect had been interogated dozens of times+fingerprinted he was charged wth killing 2 brits 10 yrs previous on finger print evidence. Allegedly a print on a lemonade bottle 300 yds from the scene. When after 2 yrs remand it went to trial the bottle couldnt be produced. no explanation was forthcoming on inability to detect the accused after being printed dozens of times in between the incident+ being charged 10yrs later. What can u expect? HE WAS CONVICTED. At 5ft 3 i was identified as being 6ft and 18yrs old..i was in my mid 30s..AND after several days interogation i was CHARGED with an attempted murder,obviously the RUC never heard of specsavers thankfully the judge had lol why are people surprised at what the RUC will go to court with? its all part of their psychops.
SF aren't bothered, they are above all that and wont soil there clean unionist hands with it. it's inconvenient, nothing more to them. They'd have to remove Baggots scrotum from their mouth in order to comment, aint gunna happen.
