I emailed him a few weeks back in relation to the internment cases. We were told on very good authority that Coiste had been telling people, that anyone who had kept a 'clean sheet' so to speak since being released from internment were the ideal candidates for a test case against the Brits.
My other half was really annoyed over this, so I emailed Micky to try and find out if it was true.
Of course he denied it and suggested that I put our source in the picture.
I suggested to him, that maybe it should be the people who get very well paid to do the jobs in Coiste who should be put in the picture.
Spoke to the source again and he was very clear that he was told, the ideal candidates are those with a 'clean sheet'

In fairness the video is edited which makes it easy game for ridicule.
From what we see I am not convinced he believes his own words, as the “we” got what “we” don’t want statement politically makes no sense.

What PSF feeds the faithful the faithful throw up as the gospel of Gerry and like all political parties they have their usual lines. My personal favourite being “what is the alternative non- PSF republicans can offer.”
Indeed what is the alternative to a totalitarian superior line like that? Perhaps my eyesight and my ears are not the best though my own poor translation would be PSF are party to our newfound democracy and as long as they are at the helm there is no room onboard for non PSF republicans. A party forged in blood now vilifies not just the militant republicans out there but all republicans who don’t agree with PSF.
It is a grand excuse that the “dissidents” the non PSF republicans are the greatest threat to peace in reality PSF consider them the greatest threat to their control.
One alternative the non PSF republicans hold is the right not to participate in a political system simply by not voting a peaceful protest.
Why should they vote for a party that has disparaged so many in order that they may say to their paymaster’s democracy is working?
