13% of tapes is not a lot, I know none of them should have been handed over. The Darks Interview is in the public domain via Books and documentaries , and Dolours has spoken a lot in public interviews.

I cant see anything which the cops can use for legal reasons from that which is and was, prior to the mlat request. The reason is, psni/mi5 knew the contents of the tapes before they even applied for them to be handed over. Fingers crossed though.

The position regarding the case is that 11 recordings will be available for the British police within 6 weeks. Political intervention could delay that but I would not be hopeful.

Ar least a little bit of good news, I only hope that no arrests comes out of the psni/ruc/mi5 listening to the tapes.
I also hope that is the end of this fiasco MLAT.
