What happened in Egypt is a coup d'état, like all American interference in the Middle East region it is designed to strengthen the Israeli garrison. So much for "democracy". Having never had any love for Morsi due to his refusal to speak out about the occupation of Libya, the attack on Syria and his backing of the Salafists there, as well as his refusal to lift the siege on Gaza, acknowledge the war on Yemen or oppose the sanctions on Iran, it's still shocking that the Americans can come in and do what they've done here. How can there ever be genuine revolution, even change, while such a country wields such massive power over others and not for the right reasons. We can tell that a hidden hand is involved because, while short-term chaos usually follows such a revolutionary shift in the affairs of any country, in the case of Egypt - like in Chile where the trucks that carried the wood and copper once more travelled the highways following the Generals seizing power upon the murder of Salvadore Allende - the economy has opened up with services flowing and stock market activity going crazy as KSA and Qatar pump in billions. Why? Because America's stooge is now in place. With Morsi compromised with his own people due to his support for those waging the murder campaign in Syria this was a necessary step. Washington and the usurping state they call Israel can never lose. The job of isolating the true resistance to the Zionist occupation of Palestine goes on as before
