Great cartoon the wee merchant seaman placed on the left paling in comparison to his fellow servant HMS sailor on the right. He looks familiar, the dignitaries placed high above looking down on the peasants what else need be said apart from the always funny background of a united Ireland. A lot of great references bound to offend the delicate natures of the how dare you make fun of the out dated monarchy worshiping mentality.
